Planned Maintenance PM Schedules Window Pops Up On The Screen Due to Too Much Time Since Last Planned Maintenance
Symptom
Customer Cannot Scan, Scan Button Grayed Out, with PM Pop-up Message See Long Description Customer Cannot Scan, Scan Button Grayed Out, due to PM Pop-up Message Customer gets a pop-up stating "Planned maintenance is due. Please reboot and acknowledge PM" when they select "New Patient". There is no place to initial, just an "OK" box to select and when that is selected the message goes away but the customer cannot access the New Patient screen. Then the Scan button is "grayed out" or unavailable. The customer may report only this symptom, as "cannot scan, scan button is grayed out", and make no mention of the PM popup message box.
