TPS Reset fails with NO XGD MODULE FOUND Error Due to 48V Gradient Control Breaker at the PDU Was Tripped.

Error message

2267414 NO XGD MODULE FOUND. The IRF3 board does not see the XGD module. See Long Description Error: 2267414 Host: PHSRADMR02 Process: diagCoordFile: Irf3.cpp Line: 2233Task ID: 0x493f570 Time: 25411 Object: AGPException Class: NotificationFunction: Software/Firmware/Config: N/A NO XGD MODULE FOUND.The IRF3 board does not see the XGD module. The system must have a dual fiber cable between the GMC board (in the Cronus Chassis) of the XGD and the IRF3 board-> Extended Error : The IRF3 did not detect an active fiber cable from the XGD. The XGD must be connected to the IRF3 by a dual fiber cable. The XGD must have a single strand clock fiber cable from the DTX1 module. Verify that the XGD is powered on and that it's clock and data fibers are connected.
