2254606 RF Amplifier RF Power Supply Fault(PS/1,CIB, RF A/B +/-15V) See Long Description RF Amplifier detected a RF power supply fault. Check coolant flow and temp, Amplifer Unit: %d(1,2,3,4->CIB +15V,CIB-15V,Amp +15V,Amp -15V) Extended Error: Check coolant flow and temperature, or RF Amplifier may be operating out of specification. Verify proper PSD is being used. If everything checks out, and the fault persists, run the RF Power Check Tool and confirm that the supply is out of tolerance. If out of tolerance replace the RF Amplifier Power Supply Unit FRU. If in tolerance then replace the RF Amplifier FRU.
