TPS reset failed due to defective megaswitch.
Symptom
Unable to Download or Reset the TPS MGD or ISE Unable to download TPS or ISE or MGD chassis
Error message
2267520 The R1 gain calibration failed because the signal was received at the RRX for one or more channels was too small. This will cause TPS_reset to fail. In the /usr/g/service directory there are files called R1GainCal_'timestamp'.
