TPS Reset Fails with error 2267438 due to defective RRX Module.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

This indicates that the module on the other side of that fiber does not have a 80 MHz clock reference signal or is defective.
