MR001001 PDS - MC Bias Alert - Non-Recoverable Failure in Last Usage of Coil. Problem detected with offending coil where it failed with a MC Bias error, the site could not get it to work, and it has not been used since. NOTE: The OnWatch Informatics Rules Engine detected this problem. This issue is only applicable when detected in this way, and should not be reused in Knowledge objects for normal reactive service.
