PM Overdue Pop Up Message on Scanner and Will Not disappear Due to Sustem Not Rebooted after Scheduling First PM.
Symptom
PM Overdue Pop Up Message on Scanner and Will Not disappear Operator can type initials but when clicking OK, the date disappears and the PM popup remains. It does not allow access to scan an exam.
