Symptom

Passive Shim Camera not Collecting Data when Hitting the Field Search Button in the Magnetic Field Camera Control Window. Shim Camera (HM32-500) of 2386028-3 Shim Camera Kit is not collecting data when hitting the Field Search button in the Magnetic Field Camera Control window. Not even getting zero's for 32 channels of data. Looks like the search is not executed. 2nd shim camera had the same results. Shim software is located on the laptop. See attachment for an example of the window.
