Table Advances a Short Distance Then Stops due to Home Switch in LPCA is Contaminated with Spilled Contrast Agent
Symptom
Cradle Advances a Short Distance Then Stops. Alignment Light Turns Off See Long Description Cradle only advances a short distance then stops. The alignment lights will come on, but as soon as the cradle is advanced they turn off. The errors shown below are found in the system's error log. Cycling complete system power and rebooting and re docking the table doesn't help. 2268899 Alignment lights can't be turned on without cradle position known. Please move the cradle to home. 2268821 Cradle didn't start moving when requested. 2268834 Home switch didn't become in-active in expected distance or the cradle didn't stop in expected distance from home. Extended Error: This can be due to SRPS power loss or cable connection of the switch or a failure of the home switch. It is also possible that the belt tension isn't correct. This would happen if the cradle was at home during the failure.

If the motor encoder was changing or if the motor controller reported a fault a different error would have been logged.
