Unable to Scan with RF Air Temperature Faults Due To Customer Coolant Chiller.

Symptom

How to Troubleshoot RF Air Temperature Warning Detected Error Messages See Long Description The errors shown below is stopping the customer from scanning. This type of error is new for Discovery MR750. We need information on how to approach troubleshooting this type of error. For example, where is the sensor located that is triggering the error? What temperatures would trigger the error? Could facility coolant or ambient air temperature be responsible? What system hardware could be responsible for the error? Error message

2268904 RF air temperature warning detected. Future scanning will be inhibited until RF air temperature matches expected. See Long Description Thu Jan 15 14:56:24 2009 Error: 2268904 Host: signa2 Process: NSP File: SCP:SriCanHWO Line: 2030 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Patient Handling: Control/Display PSD: Gradient Echo Coil: HEAD Scan: 50171/1 RF air temperature warning detected. Future scanning will be inhibited until RF air temperature matches expected. Temperature difference: 20 0.1 degrees C Tolerance: 20 0.1 degrees C-> Extended Error The Heat Exchanger (HEC) manages RF coil air temperature. This message indicates that the HEC was unable to achieve the requested RF air temperature. This may be caused by facility water temperature or flow not as required.
