Unable to Scan with Safemode Startup of XGD Failed for each Axis due to PS2 48 Volt 1000W Power Supply inside PDU.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.
Error message
2267801 Safe mode startup of the XGD (XGA-SB Y axis) failed. Check EMO reset and perform a TPS reset. See Long Description 2267801 "Safe mode startup of the XGD (XGA-SB Y axis) failed.
