Symptom
Lost Graphic RX Toolbar During a Series Prescription. see long description Lost Graphic RX toolbar 1. The user may experience the loss of the Graphic Rx Toolbar during a series prescription. 2. The Graphic Rx toolbar may disappear from the screen after a real-time scan (Only Lx real-time scans. For eg. SmartPrep and not MR-Echo). Workaround/Recovery: 1. End exam and start a new exam 2. Select the Graphic Rx Toolbar icon to re-open. See page 3 of service note in Resolution. Fix: 20.1_IB2 FMI 60787 PR# 1451941
