Known Problem in 20.1_IB1 Software, Resolved in 20.1_IB2 or 20.1_IB3 Software.Table may not move to “0” after pushing the Advance to Scan (Move to Scan) button.

Symptom

Table may not move to “0” after pushing the Advance to Scan (Move to Scan) button see long description During patient landmark, table does not advance to “0” The table may not move to “0” after pushing the Advance to Scan (Move to Scan) button on the magnet control panel. This occurs if the localizer series has an SI offset, from patient landmark. Workaround: Start your new exam with localizer SI offset of “0”. Once the localizer is started, the table will advance to scan and move to “0”. Fix: 20.1_IB2 FMI 60787 Refer to page 3 of service note in Resolution.
