GE Healthcare · MR10033
Cannot Archive Due to MOD drive.
Symptom
MOD Drive will not attach for archive. The system is a 5X Horizon system that was upgraded to use the Maxoptix MOD drive and media. An FE tried to order the Maxoptix T5-2600 drive thru Cares, but due to end of life issues, the drive changed up to a Sony MOD drive. After installing the new Sony drive, the system would recognize the drive as a Sony but could not attach or archive using the drive.
