Site Protocols Missing After reboot Due to 20.1 IB1 known software issue.
Symptom
Site Protocols imported from HDx/HDxt or previous system missing after a reboot. see long description Issue: Site Protocols imported from HDx/HDxt or previous system missing see page 1 of service for full details on this issue. Service note: SN DOC0765967: MR450 and MR750 DVIB1 Existing Issues, Workarounds, and Plans. Issue: Site Protocols imported from HDx/HDxt or previous system missing Operator imports HDx (or pre-HDx) protocols to a Discovery system and runs the setup protocol route. The protocols are not present in the protocol selection UI and are moved to the “invalidProtocols” directory. Workaround/Explanation: This is expected behavior. Discovery systems do not support HDx or pre- HDx based protocols. Do not import protocols from HDx or before based systems onto Discovery or Optima products. Fix: None. Operates as expected HDxT protocols should not be imported.
