Symptom
Discovery NM 530c/570c too many bad pixels during Daily QC or Periodical QC Failure was most probably related to mispositioning of the cobalt source. In case of failure during Daily QC , problem can be easily fixed by running Periodic QC (while ensuring good positioning of the cobalt source). Failure usually shows as a high number of edge bad pixels (commonly on T5 or T1) When changing window level the edge pixels uncovered by the cobalt source can be seen
