Customers, FEs, and InSite engineers have to manipulate sprsnap data in various ways, and there is no clear instruction on how to do it. Note: It's best to create an sprsnap as soon as possible after the system crashes or whatever event requires it to be done. This is because data gets overwritten on reboot and subsequent scanning, erasing the evidence that engineering needs. If the system locks up then it's still possible to bring up a c-shell from service tools (from the background) to run the sprsnap before rebooting the system.
