Symptom
Not possible to archive any Xeleris patients in Cache neither Dicom export them in DICOMP10 repository This problem usually happens only when Xeleris account is "Xeleris". No problem when using the "WSSERVICE" account
Error message
DICOM export processing error: "Could not find Licence server". Archive processing error: "Failed to Archive. At least one of the studies is invalid or in use"
