Ventri does not move, does not initiate startup tests first thing in the morning and even after complete system power down and restart.

Symptom

Ventri does not move, does not initiate startup tests first thing in the morning and even after complete system power down and restart. When Ventri is logged in and gives operator the message that "System Startup Test must be performed before motions are allowed", clicking the OK prompt does not initiate motion. No errors are indicated on the system.

Error message

Ventri gantry icon on the lower left of screen is red. All four selections (Detector 1, Detector 2, gantry reset, and System Startup Test) are grayed out. Buttons on HHC do not work. No Ventri detector PSD verification or RCU "GO" prompt. Ventri gantry icon on the lower left of screen is red.
