Symptom
After land marking and pushing “Advance to Scan” button the cradle travel position is lost on the enclosure display and error 2268822 is seen in the error log. See Long Description 2268822 ERROR: EM_SRI_CAN_MOVE_DIDN'T_START_HOME Cradle didn't start moving when requested. Home switch may not be functioning. Last stop position: -2037147 um Current position: -2037168 um-> Extended Error: The move didn't start when requested. This may be due to several factors. The cradle may be obstructed. Check the error log for errors indicating a cable is missing. If the motor encoder was changing or if the motor controller reported a fault a different error would have been logged. If the cradle was already in the home position, this error may have also been caused by a faulty home switch in the LPCA.
