Symptom
Unable to Run DQA2 Tool, RF Maximum Power Calibration and Other Calibrations. Some of the Service Protocols are Missing. See Long Description All but 12 of the service protocols are missing. I cant run DQA2 Tool because the protocols are missing. I can’t find other protocols like apbcal, so I can't perform Body and Head Maximum Power Setup and Calibration. Some of the service protocols are present but not all. The service key is in and is recognized by the system. What to do?
