2248785 Power Monitor 2 Fault. Thu Jul 21 11:54:41 2005 Error: 2248785 Host: MR7 Process: NSP File: SCPmMdsHWO Line: 1023 Power Monitor 2 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 37 pulse width: 07 duty cycle: 05 Fault in head amplitude. If you need to confirm the source of the fault, reset the power monitor and repeat the scan. This could also occur when power cycling SSM.
