Symptom
Several Series Were Missing and Never Reconstructed. Server DP Internal Queue Full and Scanner State Machine Errors Logged. See Long Description and Attachment Discovery MR750 system scanned exam 1070 and a server error occurred requesting TPS reset. Missing out of 10 series were series numbers 5, 6, 8, 9, 10. Series 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 reconstructed. Server queue full and scanner state machine errors were found logged when this incident occurred.
