Missing 48 V from PDU 48V power supply.

Symptom

Unable to Scan with Message The IRF3 is not ready. See Long Description Customer is unable to scan due to message in message window located at bottom of Scan Desktop which states “The IRF3 is not ready.->”

Error message

2267431 The IRF3 is not ready See Long Description Error: 2267431 Host: MR02 Process: NSPFile: AGP:Irf3RrfHWO Line: 1209Exception Class: Unknown Severity: UnknownFunction: Software/Firmware/Config: N/APSD: Unknown Coil: Unknown Scan: -1/-1 The IRF3 is not ready.-> Extended Error: This is just a warning message that indicates that another error message has already been logged about a serious problem with the IRF3, DTX, RRX, TDM, interconnect cable, or other error that is preventing the system from controlling the exciters and receivers. Look for a previous error message about configuration errors, cable errors, module errors, or calibration errors. Scans will not be allowed until that problem is corrected
