Graphic Prescription Intermittently Crashes due to Host Computer.

Graphic Prescription Intermittently Crashes See Long Description Discovery MR750 system is experiencing loss of graphics server several times a week. The scenario is that the operator starts a new exam, then starts a scan, and while system is scanning the operator clicks on image viewer, then clicks back on current patient, then as soon as the next series is clicked on to set up graphic Rx the system reports error “Communication with the Graphics server lost, GraphicRx will be closed. Please re-open Graphic Rx to continue prescription”. This is a popup message that isn't logged (see photo, below). At this point the operator can not get the graphics to fill the blank graphic window. Error code 2219864 is logged multiple times in the message log (see photo, below). The only fix the operator can do is to end the exam and start a new exam which may or may not recover the graphics server function. There is a 50/50 chance that this will work.
