Symptom
Unable to Restore Images to System from CD/DVD Media with Media is Corrupt. Unable to View Images from the Same CD/DVD disk on a Windows-Based PC or Laptop. See Long Description The customer is unable to restore images to the system from CD/DVD media. The error returned by the system is "Media is corrupt". Also, using the same CD/DVD disk media, the customer is unable to view images from it on a Windows-based PC or laptop using the Centricity viewer. There is no error reported on the Windows-based PC or laptop, just that no images are displayed in the left pane of the Centricity viewer. The customer encountered no problem when writing the images to this CD/DVD disk.
