Symptom
Recon Failed During the Last Phase of a Multiphase Vibrant-Flex Scan. Unable to Start Another Series. See Long Description During a multiphase Vibrant-Flex scan, recon failed during the last phase. 8 phases were programmed, 56 seconds each. Total recon for the 7 phases was around 15 minutes. At that time we noticed recon had stopped and the 8th phase was not appearing. We were unable to start another series. Had to do a TPS reset to recover. 8th phase was never recovered. After the TPS reset finished, we checked the error log and found the errors shown below.
