MRIQ Bright Line or Cross Artifacts in Conjunction with Error 2267962 The X axis XGA-SB is reporting a PLL failure. See Long Description and Attachment This error sometimes coincides with the appearance of line or cross artifacts on images. What does this mean? What is a "PLL failure". How do we go about troubleshooting this problem? We need troubleshooting tips. (See Attachment for an example of the artifact that occurred when this error was logged: Exam 100 Series 6 Image 5. This was the only image in this 15 image localizer scan that has the artifact. Note: The Javista program is needed to open the attachment.
