Patient Browser empty on DLX console
Symptom
Patient Browser empty on DLX console Customer started DLX application and when Patient Browser did show up on DLX console monitor, a pop up window was displayed with message "Request patient directory failed" and the list of patients was empty in Patient Browser. Then, customer was unable to create a new patient (new exam was not allowed).
Error message
340025: DB_error, one of mandatory parameters is null 340025: DB_error, one of mandatory parameters is null. Cause: One of the parameters sent by the application to the database is null.
