Diffusion Scans Abort with XPS Gradient Distortion Faults and XPS Overvoltage or XPS Overcurrent Faults on Discovery MR750 Systems See Long Description EPI diffusion-weighted scans frequently abort with one or more of the following error codes logged: 2267888 The %b XPS is reporting a Low Voltage I-Bus Over-current Fault.-> 2267893 EM_XGD_PS_VBUS_IN_FAULT The %b XPS-SB is reporting an internal VBus overvoltage warning 2267857 A gradient distortion fault has occurred on the %b.->
Error message
2267888 The %b XPS is reporting a Low Voltage I-Bus Over-current Fault.-> Extended Error: Ensure that the XPS and XGA are properly connected, and that the XGA is operating properly by swapping XPS modules if necessary. If fault persist replace the failing XPS. Note: In the actual error message seen on the scanner, "%b" will be replaced with either the X, Y, or Z axis. 2267857 A gradient distortion fault has occurred on the %b.
