Symptom
Network restrictions with workstations connected via STP to the SMV DST cameras. Transfers from the SMV camera to the workstation work fine. In order for the workstation to FETCH from the DST camera, the workstation requires an OSI license. (the STP option in the FETCH tab will be grayed out)
