Boot Loader boots to blue screen with errors 'non accessable boot device'.
Symptom
Boot Loader boots to blue screen with errors 'non accessable boot device'. NT OS Loader was defaulted to something like 'insert upgrade disk' and would not find the file and crash to the blue screen. There were _3_ options (should only be 2) on the NT OS Loader screen. OS Loader V4.00 Please select the operating system to start: 1. Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00 2. Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00 [VGA Mode] 3. Upgrade NT... (not sure what it says, but it was set as the default) To boot the system the customer has to move the arrow up to select option 1, then it boots ok.
